public class GSearch
extends GsSearch

This application is a command line interface for Gabor's search engine as it is used for the MACCS fingerprint generation, so the implementation is not general but nomally should work. Prints out a usage message for empty argument. Otherwise, prints out the task, the result of the search and the number of matches found.
